JSC "Dalgiprotrans" is one of the leading design and survey institutes in the Far East. It is the leading specialized design institute of transport construction in the region, which engages in the design of railways, bridges, tunnels, stations, and all related infrastructure. The core activities of the Institute are comprehensive engineering surveys and development of design estimates for construction, renovation of railways and highways as well as transport infrastructure facilities.
The geographical scope of Dalgiprotrans covers the entire Far Eastern Federal District, which occupies about 40 % of the territory of Russia. The most important transport lines in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Khabarovsk and Primorskiy Krai, Chita, Amur, Sakhalin regions, and the Jewish Autonomous Region were built and are being built according to the Institute's projects. The institute has also been involved in the design and survey works in China, Mongolia, Syria, Algeria, and Cuba.
High professionalism, many years of experience, and the most modern high-precision equipment allow the team to implement projects of any complexity level in the shortest possible time. "Dalgiprotrans" carries out a full range of design and survey works, from preparation of initial data and engineering surveys to support of design decisions in the state examination and architectural supervision bodies. The Institute holds licenses and certificates that entitle it to carry out some special activities. Its quality management system is certifying for compliance with GOST ISO 9001-2011.
Currently, about 400 experts work in "Dalgiprotrans". It is interesting and prestigious to work here, many young specialists have come to the institute in recent years, and the average age of workers is 40. The institute has provided everything necessary for their creative and professional growth: employees of "Dalgiprotrans" are trained at the refresher courses in different cities of Russia, they attend best practices schools, scientific seminars, and conferences every year. Technical training is also provided at the Institute. Many employees of "Dalgiprotrans" were awarded with the state orders and medals, industry awards, honorary titles, letters of commendation and gratitude from the government of the Khabarovsk Krai.
About 270 projects are developed in the institute annually. Projects are implemented in the shortest possible time and with high quality. The main principles underlying the development of any project are:

Each project carried out at the Institute is an important contribution to the development of the economy of the Russia Far East. "Dalgiprotrans" takes an active part in designing strategically important railway tracks and large transport facilities. A significant part of the projects is being developed within the framework of the state program "Eastern Polygon," which is aimed at the integrated development of the Trans-Siberian Railway and the Baikal-Amur Mainline. For the Baikal-Amur Mainline it is especially important that the project of the reconstruction of the Komsomolsk-on-Amur line - Sovetskaya Gavan, on which the staff of "Dalgiprotrans" has been working for several years, must be implemented. This work is closely related to the government's strategic plans intended for development of the northern ports of Vanino and Sovetskaya Gavan.
One of the most important activities of "Dalgiprotrans" is the design of renovation of means of transport access to the ports of the Sea of Japan. Today the Institute's staff is carrying out design works on the development of the Ussuriysk, Oervaya Rechka, Shkotovo, Smolyaninovo, Nakhodka-Vostochnaya, Mys Astafyeva railway stations. This will provide additional cargo transportation towards the ports of Nakhodka.
To face new challenges, the Institute needs a corresponding technical and personnel base. End-to-end technologies, 3D modeling technologies have been actively developed in "Dalgiprotrans".
